Terms of Service

You must register as either a Buyer or a Seller. Sellers must provide accurate company, GST, and PAN details during registration; providing false KYC information may result in account suspension. One person or business should not operate multiple accounts to circumvent moderation.

• Every machine listing requires admin approval before it becomes visible to buyers.
• Listings must be accurate: condition, specifications, price, and location must reflect the actual machine offered.
• A minimum of 4 photographs is required per listing; misleading or stock photography is not permitted.
• The Company may reject, hide, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, at its sole discretion, with a reason provided to the seller.

Plastic Machine World is designed so that buyers and sellers do not exchange contact information directly through the Platform. Instead:

1. A buyer submits a Request Contact ("Lead") on a machine listing.
2. An administrator reviews the Lead and either approves or rejects it.
3. Only upon approval are verified contact details shared with both parties, who may then negotiate and transact directly.

By using the Platform, both buyers and sellers agree not to attempt to bypass this process (for example, by embedding contact details in listing photos, descriptions, or messages) in order to avoid commission or admin review.

The Company charges a commission, expressed as a percentage of the final deal amount, on transactions that close as a result of a Platform-approved Lead. The current commission percentage is set by the Company and may be updated from time to time; the rate in effect at the time a deal is recorded applies to that deal. Sellers and buyers agree to accurately report the final deal amount when a transaction closes.

• Circumventing the Lead-approval process to avoid commission or verification.
• Posting fraudulent, misleading, or duplicate listings.
• Harassing, spamming, or attempting to contact other users outside of an approved Lead.
• Uploading content you don't have rights to, or that infringes a third party's intellectual property.
• Attempting to interfere with the Platform's security, including scraping, automated account creation, or reverse-engineering the approval workflow.

Violations may result in listing removal, Lead rejection, account suspension, or account termination.

Plastic Machine World is a marketplace and mediation service — we are not a party to any transaction between a buyer and seller, and we do not guarantee the condition, quality, legality, or fitness for purpose of any machine listed. The Company's liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform is limited to the commission amount paid on the transaction giving rise to the claim, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Disputes between buyers and sellers arising from a transaction should first be raised with our support team at support@plasticmachineworld.com, who will attempt informal resolution. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, Haryana, India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
